- Please validate the deposit before 4pm on the day of your arrival to ensure that you receive your access code on time. After 4pm, staff will no longer be able to give you access to the accommodation if the deposit has not been validated beforehand. - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation: the entire deposit will be retained in the event of non-compliance. - Leave the accommodation in a suitable state; - The fridge must be emptied on departure: €20 will be deducted from the deposit if this is not done. - Dishes must be washed and tidied: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - The rubbish bins must be emptied (see the location of the rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: €20 will be deducted from the deposit if they are not emptied. - Close the windows when you leave; - Nothing must have been damaged, broken or stolen; - Maximum departure time is 11 a.m., unless otherwise stated. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will result in €50 being deducted from the security deposit. - To respect the neighbours, please do not make any noise after 10 pm; - Prostitution is strictly forbidden in the accommodation.
