- Please validate the deposit before 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival in order to be sure of receiving the access code to the accommodation on time. After 4 p.m., the staff will no longer be able to give you access to the accommodation if the deposit has not been previously validated. - Formal ban on smoking in the accommodation: the entire deposit will be withheld in the event of non-compliance. - Return the accommodation to suitable condition; - The refrigerator must be emptied on departure: €20 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - Dishes must be washed and put away: €20 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - The trash cans must be emptied (see location of the trash room/containers in the welcome booklet: €20 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - Close the windows when leaving; - Have not damaged, broken or stolen anything; - Maximum departure at 11 a.m., unless otherwise indicated.
